Blekros "weekends-off-diet" package is our 5 days program serving 10 of blekros's best "no-salt, no-white rice" meals selection.

Food with "No-salt, No-white rice" may seem un-eatable, but don't worry, we will ensure that your palette, your belly and your mind are happy!

This program will be available every week, weekdays only.

Challenge yourself and give this program a try! It is only five days!

The rule is No cheating during the program and make sure you exercise 1 hour per day.

You are free on weekends but, please make sure to only have 1 cheat meal per day during the weekend.

In this program, you are hoped to lose 1-3 kgs. The result may not be as long lasting as our 13 days program, however, it will help you avoid unnecessary weight gain due to your daily activities.
