This is my lovely grilled breast salad with pesto sauce. The key is the pesto sauce and I am sharing the recipe.


1 tbs almonds or pine nuts

1 tbs basils

1 tbs minced onions

1 tbs minced garlic

1 tbs lemon juice

A pinch of salt


Blend the ingredients except for the lemon juice in your food processor.

Then stir fry for 30 - 45 seconds with extra virgin coconut oil.

Turn fire off.

Pour lemon juice and add more extra virgin olive oil.


Voila. Say ooh la la.
